On the estate of the Poljšak family in Gradišče near Vipava, the vine has been growing for more than two centuries. The sunny location of the vineyards and high temperatures give the grapes ideal conditions for ripening. White wines include sauvignon, chardonnay, yellow muscat and indigenous zelen and pinela. From red wines we offer merlot, cabernet sauvignon and harmony red.

Our specialty is also wine that matures in stone.

We conduct guided wine tastings for individuals and groups of up to 30 people with a tour of the cellar and, if desired, the vineyard.

We address you in Slovenian, English, German and Italian. Our wine in the cellar matures to the accompaniment of classical music.
