We are located in the village of Duplje, which is embraced by the characteristic "Vipava bora" for most of the eight months of the year.  Tradition also bears witness to the fact that the area was the scene of the Battle of the "Cold River" in 394 between Emperor Eugenius of Rome and Emperor Theodosius, who came from Byzantium. The success of Emperor Theodosius is adorned with the "Hurricane Storm"...
With love in the sweat of their face, they work the vineyards according to the tradition of their fathers. The selected grapes are nurtured on the vine until full maturity. The rich juice is aged in specially treated oak barriques. The peace of a deep cellar slows maturation, shapes beauty and fills the body.
