This oriented church stands on a clearing in the valley of the Pasji Rep creek, above the village of Orehovica. The building was built or rebuilt in the Baroque, and some parts of it may be even older. The church was almost completely ruined after the Second World War, and was rebuilt in 1987-1988. The simple façade with a stone Baroque profiled portal concludes with a two-eyed bell gable. The altar wall features a painting of the Holy Trinity, set in a landscape with the Church of the Holy Trinity, a work by Danica Kuščar from 1988. It replaced the late Baroque volute altarpiece with a relief of the Coronation of Mary from 1732, which is said to be work by Francesco Robba.
