The CULTUS brand, as the signature of our farm, is actually a very young brand.

The farm is caught within the stone walls of the small coastal village of Podraga. The village lies at the very beginning of the Vipava Valley, it is a historically rich wine-growing village, as Janez Vajkard Valvasor mentions it. Where and how far into the past the art of vines and wine goes on this present estate would be difficult to determine, but if we take the oldest dated year as a start, we can say that it is 1683. Today most of the energy on the farm is vineyards, wine and young cherry orchards.

The philosophy around wine is simple, we understand and experience it as a concept of art, in this way our paths around it intertwine.

With a lot of manual work, effort and dedication, we follow the idea of ​​nature about wine, here we are talking about identity, about the fact that wines can speak for themselves.

Our path of wine production is not determined in advance, it is not defined in advance, it is a matter of inspiration and ideas of cooperation with nature.
